We have two websites, one in £ GBP and one one in $ USD. To choose your store, visit here.
On both sites, we aim to deliver within 2 days in the UK, 3 days in Europe and North America and 5 days elsewhere. You will be provided with a tracking number when your parcel is sent.
Orders under £50 or $65 are subject to a delivery charge of:
£3/$5 for UK and continental US/Canada/Mexico orders.
£10/$13 for everywhere else.
Ordered by mistake?
For all non-bespoke products: If you cancel your order before we've shipped it we will refund you in full, no worries at all.
If we've shipped your products then you can get a refund by letting us know at email@example.com and then sending back your products back to the provided address unused and within 2 months. We'll process the refund, minus any postage costs, when we've received the products back. We recommend sending through recorded delivery as items can get lost in the post.
For bespoke products: Technically speaking all custom jobs are non-refundable. But as you'd expect we'll do everything we can to help out - if we've not started working on your product or we haven't order the materials yet then we'll do our very best to come to a fair arrangement. We pay VAT on orders within the EU: if you're VAT registered, let us know and we'll provide a VAT reciept.
Taxes outside the EU and the USA, including import tax, are the responsibility of the buyer.
