We ship in for free in Europe, North America (USA, Canada and Mexico) and of course, the United Kingdom.
We provide tracking numbers on all orders, letting you follow your parcel. We aim to deliver within 2 business days in the UK and USA, and 3 business days in Europe, Canada and Mexico.
Ordered by mistake?
For all non-bespoke products: If you cancel your order before we've shipped it we will refund you in full, no worries at all.
If we've shipped your products then you can get a refund by letting us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and then sending back your products back to the provided address unused and within 2 months. We'll process the refund, minus any postage costs, when we've received the products back. We recommend sending through recorded delivery as items can get lost in the post.
For bespoke products: Technically speaking all custom jobs are non-refundable. But as you'd expect we'll do everything we can to help out - if we've not started working on your product or we haven't order the materials yet then we'll do our very best to come to a fair arrangement. Email email@example.com to get in touch.
We charge VAT on orders within the EU: if you're VAT registered, let us know and we'll provide a VAT reciept.
Taxes are included in the EU, USA and UK. For Canada, Mexico and Europe outside the EU, import duty if levied is the responsibility of the buyer.
